My issue is that whenever I try to install the modified Roland drivers I get to a point where it prompts me to connect my device so that installation can finish. Whenever I do so, Windows 10 automatically installs its own driver which allows me to use the device for output but not for input and the installation of the Roland 8. If I try to update the drivers manually it tells me that I already have the best drivers.
